The Q3 Project

Directly opposite the entrance to the ECB, the Q3 complex consists of four town houses that complement the two existing blocks of the Quartier East.

Two new buildings have been erected on either side of two old buildings, which have themselves been radically revitalised to restore them to their former glory. The Gründerzeit architecture with its design principles forms a pleasant contrast to the current trend for “box architecture”.

The complex has a total of 36 high-quality freehold apartments.

Micro-location

The “Q3” is situated very close to the banks of the River Main and directly opposite the European Central Bank in the Ostend district of Frankfurt. The River Main with its long promenade has become a popular recreational area. Special attractions include the new Hafenpark with its extensive lawns, multi-functional sports pitches, fitness facilities and many cafes and restaurants in the Ostend district.

The economic lifeblood of Ostend is and remains the Hanauer Landstraße with its many car showrooms and lifestyle shops, restaurants and bars. Overall, Ostend boasts a great many cultural opportunities: the Fritz-Rémond Theatre, the International Theatre, stages in the Mousonturm, in the former Naxoshalle factory and the world-renowned “Ensemble Modern” orchestra. One other popular attraction is closely connected with Ostend: Frankfurt Zoo.

Supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants as well as kindergartens and schools are all within easy walking distance.
